During the maintenance, we are unable to accept a reservation.
However private rooms with private bath facilities on 1st, 2nd floor are available for you.

Cancellation policy

Please tell us about any changes to your reservation
as soon as possible and at least 3 DAYS BEFORE(Japan Standard Time)

We need to charge you for the room
if you cancelled 2 DAYS BEFORE or LATER of the arrival date.

e.g. If the reservation was cancelled on 2 days before of check in date
we charge for 1 nights and the rest of night will be cancelled without any charge.

e.g. If the reservation was cancelled on the day of check in
we charge for 3 nights and the rest of night will be cancelled without any charge.

In case of No-show, we will charge the total balance.

If your reservation is for a group or for a long-term stay,
please inquire about the cancellation policies pertaining  to these situations.
